Returning Items & Refund policy
The Custom Real Estate Swag will accept non-personalized item(s) for return if requested within 5 days of customer receipt for refund. Item(s) returned after 5 days and up to 15 days will receive site credit. Taxes and/or freight will not be refunded.
All Returns must include a RETURN AUTHORIZATION (RA) number. Please email customer service (sue@dbspromo.com) for an RA number prior to returning any items.
Items received without an RA Number will not be eligible for refund and will not be processed until we receive a written request for refund.
Returns resulting in a verifiable manufacturer’s defect or a production error from the realestatecustomswag.com will be accepted but still you need to follow the proper return procedure.
Items requesting to returned for a 2nd time will only be issued store credit. No refunds will be given.
Refunds may take 7-14 business days to process.
Returns after 15 days will not be accepted.
Standard logo only items will be accepted for return.
No returns on North Face Products.
No personalized item(s) with personal name or Market Center logo will be accepted for return unless it contains a production error by Custom Real Estate Swag.
All Pre-Orders are special ordered and can not and will not be Returned or Refunded under any circumstances. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

A $25.00 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancelled orders per item. An order is considered "placed" or "live" as soon as you receive your confirmation and order number.
By entering in your credit card information and submitting your order, you are agreeing to this policy.
Any orders that are returned in full will fall under the cancellation policy and be charged half price per item for the return. Taxes and freight charges are not refundable.
